Next to Southorn Playground, more than 7000 sq. ft. We have comfortable, spacious environment design.

We have different types of fitness equipment, and areas for specific training purpose, such as Kickboxing area, yoga/dancing room. We also offer Pilates group classes .We also provide private bathroom, washroom and locker.

To ensure customers’ privacy, we offer electronic membership card, no need to provide fingerprints or facial images. Our staffs will provide service and assistance during business hours.

Member can enjoy all the fitness facilities in the center, and we also have
professional fitness team design tailor-made 1 on 1 training program or group classes for our members.
